1. Purchases
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Bits will be delivered instantly upon successful payment processing.
2. User Responsibilities
- You must provide your correct Minecraft username when making purchases
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- Abuse of the system or attempts to exploit it will result in account suspension
3. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 24/7 service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance or technical issues may temporarily affect service.
4. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through PayPal. We do not store any payment information on our servers.
5. Bits Usage and Item Policies
- Bits are virtual currency for use within our Minecraft server only
- Bits have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money
- We reserve the right to modify bit values and exchange rates at any time
6. Seasonal Items Policy
IMPORTANT: All items purchased using bits are valid for the current season only, unless explicitly mentioned otherwise. When a new season begins, everyone starts fresh on that map.
7. Lifetime Ranks
Exception: Ranks are considered lifetime purchases and will carry over to new seasons.
